Permission to Get It Done

The Day I Didn’t Overthink the Grocery Store

Hey baddies. I’m back on the mic today, raw and unfiltered, because I’ve missed this space.
This episode isn’t polished. There’s no fancy intro or outro, no plan to monetize, and no over-editing. Just me, practicing the art of coming back—to this podcast, to myself, and to imperfect action.

I talk about the burnout I’ve been swimming in, how perfectionism keeps pulling me under, and what’s shifting now that I’m experimenting with divine masculine energy—structure, action, consistency, and doing things just to do them. No more waiting for the perfect playlist or the perfect plan.

I also share a beautiful fire ritual I’ve been doing to forgive the wounded masculine and re-invite the divine. It’s simple, powerful, and has honestly started to bring my energy back.

If you’ve ever felt stuck in dreaming and visioning but unable to do... if you’ve battled with systems and structure, or felt blocked by your own burnout... this one’s for you.

Let’s reclaim our energy. Let’s keep coming back.
